Change-Digital are working with one of our UK retail and commercial banking clients to fill a temporary lead position in their test environment team. The Lead position oversees around 16 people split across different teams who are all relatively new to theirroles. This role requires an experienced lead to help manage and drive development and strategy across the team. This means that you will support the bank by evaluating what they are doing and drive improvements.

Useful experience:

- Experience of 'lower environments' (different from production)
- UAT/Regression testing background
- on shore/ off shore
- internal and external stakeholders
- Tooling - timeshift/ smartstubbs/ Genrocket/ Dynatrace/ Unix/ Linux
