ISS Technical Services (division of ISS UK) are a worldwide company and provide the facilities personnel including electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance engineers covering 24/7 364 at Westfield London Shopping Centre.

We are looking for an apprentice who already has some commercial experience within electrical / maintenance or building services who would be keen to join our existing team on a Monday-Friday Days basis, with some opportunities/requirement to work the odd weekends/nights where it allows for further development to take place.

The apprentice will be trained or currently training in Electrical Lv 2 or Lvl 3 and is prepared to have an open mind to developing a varied skill set including Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Drainage, Investigating Leaks and Landlord Repairs such as Toilets/Washrooms/Tiling, General Maintenance etc.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist senior technicians in performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Support plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, installing fixtures, and maintaining plumbing systems under supervision
- Gain hands-on experience in mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Assist in drainage system inspections, cleaning, and repair work as required
- Participate in investigating leaks and identifying sources of water damage, taking appropriate corrective actions
- Support in landlord repair activities such as repairing toilets, washrooms, and tiling work
- Assist with general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and minor repairs as part of property upkeep

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Ideally fluent in English language
- Good attitude and well presented
- Ideally already enrolled in Electrical Installation / Maintenance Level 2 or 3
