You will be working with a local multi-venue arts facility where your passion for the arts will match their values and ethos.
**Your new role**
Do you have a passion for performing arts? Are you confident communicating with people and building relationships?
The role is working at a multi-venue arts facility in Poole. You will be working as a fundraising executive help grow income from individual and corporate giving. Focussing on building relationships with existing individual and corporate supporters as wellas researching, cultivating and stewarding relationships with potential new supporters to grow these income streams
This will be achieved across both individual and corporate giving. You will also organise and attend events as and when required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have a passion for the arts ideally performing arts. You will have excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with people. You do not need Sales or fundraising experience and event, or customer service experience would be useful.
The priority is someone who has an interest and passion to help maintain the venue and its arts program and help to expand it where possible through funds raised.
**What you'll get in return**The role is paying £24k plus benefits and is Monday to Friday but there may be events on adhoc basis outside this you would need to attend.
It is an excellent opportunity to work within an Arts based charity on a daily basis and see the fruition of your hard work as all fund raised will directly affect the venue.
