Essential Oil business in SE London has a position for a Sample Despatcher.

Tasks including but not limited to:

- Making up customer samples to meet specific formulation requirements.
- Booking out and collating all customer samples that are sent out.
- Booking in and collating all supplier samples that are received.
- Preparation of any internal samples required by sales or stock control.
- Liaising with QC to ensure sample retains and supplier samples are tested as requested.
- Liaising with Regulatory to ensure that customer samples have the correct technical paperwork available.
- Liaising with Goods In to ensure that the correct stock is used to prepare formulations.
- Organising despatch of customer samples to UK and Global destinations
- Organising despatch of commercial goods to Global destinations.
- General housekeeping in the lab.

Salary range £24k - £25k for FT and prorata’d depending on hours worked and experience, Pension and Private Medical.
