**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage with prospects and generate leads
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet objectives
- Contribute towards the development and delivery of the company business development plan

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using software and tools to manage calls, track progress, and update customer information
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively persuade and influence customers
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Familiarity with systems for managing customer data and tracking sales activities
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional phone etiquette

**Salary**: £21,849.00-£27,000.00 per year
