Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services are currently recruiting for a Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regulations (DSEAR) Supervisor at Wathgill Camp, in North Yorkshire.

The DSEAR Supervisor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive management information service by supervising the administrative support as required to enable contract delivery.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regulations (DSEAR) Advisor in maintaining a database of current policies
- Performance manage teams and outputs by utilising appraisal processes and other management tools
- Prioritising own workload in an organised manner while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Provide a comprehensive service to all regional people
- Responding to operational calls
- To use a variety of office equipment and technology as required
- Use bespoke software and web-based information systems
- Data capture and analysis
- Work order reporting and processing
- Produce and coordinate reports
- Auditing records
- Manage administration tasks
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
- Ability to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and honesty when handling confidential information
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
- Knowledge of management theories and techniques gained through a Level 3 qualification such as NVQ/HND in a Business Management or People Management equivalent (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety gained through IOSH Managing Safely
- Effective people management skills to ensure the team are motivated and engaged
- Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
