A brand-new opportunity to join our team, based in Dudley.
We are one of the largest providers of critical machine parts in the UK and our staff are key to our success.
You should be a reliable team worker with excellent customer service skills. You should also be accurate, numerate and computer literate. Experience in a distribution industry would be an advantage but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is more important.
**The main duties will be**:

- Dealing with requests for new enquiries, orders and queries
- Processing enquiries and orders as requested
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following up on quotations
- Liaising as required with internal teams
- Keeping customers informed on developments
- Assisting other departments within the sales office when required
- Any further duties requested by management

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 08.30 am to 5.30 pm
22 days leave per annum plus statutory
