Our clients are looking for customer service representatives to join their team. As Front of House, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will provide an A* service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information from the menu
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organised front of house environment
- Support in stock intake and ensure the floor is representable
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Support the Back of House staff where necessary

**Requirements**:

- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- A lot of personality
- GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 Maths and English or equivalent
