**About us**

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant / Executive to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support in executing marketing campaigns for our clients. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Designing and maintaining websites
- Conducting research and analysis to support marketing campaigns
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Liaising with clients to ensure that marketing campaigns are meeting their objectives
- Maintaining ecommerce shop websites
- Assisting with the creation of marketing reports

We are a small agency, but we're growing fast. You will be working with and reporting directly to the owner.

**SKILLS**

Full on-the-job training will be provided, but you must possess the essential skills detailed below as a minimum.
- Essential_:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Creative mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A natural flair for design
- Desirable_:

- Previous experience in a marketing role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Demonstratable experience with paid media such as Meta and Google Ads.
- A sound understanding of SEO.
- Previous experience with Canva or the Adobe Suite for photo/video editing
- Experience with Wordpress or other website management systems

**WORKING HOURS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate
Part-time hours: 16-37.5 per week

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Honiton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
