**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Who will you be supporting?**
- We are a supported living service that has 1 lady in her late 50’s that lives here in a 2 bedroom house.
- Staff will support with everyday household tasks such as cleaning, washing and cooking.
- You will support to make and attend appointments, food shopping, ordering of medication, reporting of repairs.
- You will also be supporting her to attend any activities she likes doing and also planning of activities/day trips and holidays.

- Finding flexible people that will match with HM’s bubbly personality and active lifestyle. And are trained in Medication administration and auditing, Safeguarding, Finances
- This lady has grown in confidence and independence while living in her own home and enjoys her freedom of having 24hr 1-1 support enabling her to live her best life possible. She enjoys going for walks, attending her social club twice weekly, going out for meals, shopping, cooking/baking, visiting other services for party's and musical theatre

**Other information**
- Good transport links to the city centre and surrounding areas
- There will be 1 colleague on shift at a time and the shift patterns are**:07:30 -15:00, 15:00 - 07:30 and ( 22:00 - 07:00 Sleep-in)
- We need people with the following qualities: To be flexible. Can do positive attitude. Motivated. Have some IT skills. Good Communication skills.
