Export Transport Planner

**What we’re looking for**:
We currently have an opportunity for an Export Transport Planner based in Holywell to join the team to carry out operational duties associated with planning loads for export.

**What will you be doing?**
- Formulate cost effective Transport plan and create Shipments in SAP.
- Maintain SAP as necessary.
- Liaise with external transport providers.
- Process amendments as required.
- Monitor status of orders in production and modify plan as necessary.
- Communicate with Customer Service daily on the status of the Transport plan.
- Maintain costings for SAP shipments and manage the self-billing process.
- Assist manager with investigation of customer complaints.
- Assist with other departmental activities as required.
- Input and validation of data required for customs clearance.
- Operating in compliance with ISO 37301, 45001, 14001, 9001, 50001, and Code of Conduct.

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work to deadlines and use own initiative to resolve problems.
- Good level of IT literacy - Excel skills will be required, and a good working knowledge of SAP.
