I am working with a Chadderton based SME to recruit a permanent Accounts Administrator.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

- Processing of all Purchase invoices, Monthly Statements via Pegasus Opera.
- Process purchase orders of repeat goods via Pegasus Opera.
- Matching Statements to the Purchase Ledger and making payments through Bank on a weekly basis.
- Monitoring receipt of invoices and credit notes and reported not received to assist accrual.
- Monitoring all deliveries are recorded as goods received and matched to Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Control of petty cash.
- Multiple bank Account reconciliations.
- Input Sales and Purchase cash books onto excel.
- Input cash book information using Pegasus Opera Payment and Receipts.
- Credit control of customer accounts, expediting overdue payments.
- Prepare monthly payroll from weekly timesheets in accordance with recorded attendance and company bonus scheme.
- Check expense claims and process approved payments.
- Control HR records/employee files.
- Control the companies Operators Licence, Mot and repairs.

Salary is circa £22,500 plus company pension scheme

Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (early finish at 4.30pm on Fridays). the role is office based. Parking is available onsite.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
