We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head of Healthcare to join our team at HMP Rye Hill, a **category **B** Prison located in **Rugby.**

Hours
- The site currently offers Monday - Friday within core working hours

Salary
- This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £51,000 per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Be responsible for partnering with the Head of Healthcare for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the site. As well as support the management of all service level agreements, ensuring performance-monitoring standards are adhered to and the highest standards of care are maintained.
- As a member of the wider management team in Rye Hill, you will be responsible for providing the day to day clinical and operational management of our diverse healthcare teams within National and Local Guidance.
- The role would ideally suit an individual who is passionate about delivering and driving forward high standards of care and service delivery and has the ability to promote and inspire the workforce though robust clinical supervision and professional development.

- You will be able to provide evidence of your leadership ability and will have undertaken management training, with an understanding of clinical governance and staff management.
