The Role: As a Post 16 SEND Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to our SEND students, empowering them to achieve their educational goals while fostering their emotional and social growth. Your responsibilities will include closely monitoring student progress and proactively addressing any challenges they may encounter on their journey.
- Possess previous experience working with individuals with special needs, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Thrive on challenges and are eager to make a positive impact in students' lives.
- Demonstrate initiative in supporting students' educational, emotional, behavioral, and social development.
- Show compassion and empathy in understanding and meeting the diverse needs of our students.
