Ensure team leaders are aware if there are capacity issues to accommodate appointment bookings within the given wait time. Arrange interpreters for patients as required. To have an awareness of communication difficulties and be able to adapt communication style as appropriate. To work closely as a team with ISCAN Scheduler colleagues and the wider ISCAN team.

Prioritise workloads on a day to day basis, working around interruptions, and reorganising where appropriate. To follow polices and procedures in the service and wider Trust. To pass on requests for medical advice to therapists/clinicians. Undertake general office duties as required.
