**Position Overview**:
As an Experienced Roofing Contractor, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering top-tier roofing solutions to our clients across the Berkshire area. Your skills and experience will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects, from repairs and maintenance to new installations and renovations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess the condition and identify areas for repair or replacement.
- Execute roofing repairs and installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide expert advice to clients on roofing solutions, materials, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a roofing contractor.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Relevant certifications and a full driving license.
