Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, result driven and competent individual for the role of **Taste Panel Coordinator** to join our team based in Carlisle.

As a **Taste Panel Coordinator** you will be responsible for:

- Assessing all products before dispatch.
- Checking on pack cooking instructions deliver an acceptable product.
- To taste end of life product to ensure that life of product is achievable
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Maintaining and update records and databases
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment in leadership role (min of 12 months)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Result driven
- Ability to work on continuous business improvement
- Excellent communication skills via all medium
- Good working ethics and positive attitude
- Ability to produce data with accurate information, strong attention to detail

**Shift Pattern and working hours**:

- 4 on 4 off, 06.00-18.00

**Salary**: From £11.85 per hour
