**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Provide daily care for animals including feeding, watering, and walking
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal living areas
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals
- Administer medications under the direction of senior staff
- Interact with pet owners in a professional and courteous manner
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in animal care or veterinary settings is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic animal care practices
