**Title : Sales Designer**
**Reports to : Team Manager**
**Based at : Bangor, Northern Ireland**
**Hours of work : Up to 40 Hours per week/Store Rota/5 out of 7 days**
**Job Purpose**:
To deliver sales results through effective customer interaction.
Providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
To create accurate bedroom designs to meet the client’s vision and requirements.
To support your colleagues within a store environment and interact with other departments to a high standard
**Key Responsibilities & accountabilities**:
- **Dealing with customers in the showroom.**
- **Design a plan that meets the requirements and needs of the customer.**
- **To accurately and effectively measure a customer’s room to allow a good level of service from start to finish. Full training will be given.**
- **To meet sales targets set out by your manager.**
- **Provide a professional service to the customer both at store level and in their own home.**
- **To effectively manage your time and diary.**
- **Be available to work some evenings and weekends due to the nature of the business.**

**Essential/Desirable Skills**:
- **Retail/hospitality experience**
- An effective communicator
- **Good numeracy and IT skills**
- Sales focussed and results driven
- Good time management
- **Hold a full uk driving licence. ( preferable due to the nature of the job )**
- **Strong attention to detail**
**Training provided**:
- Full training will be given on our CAD software Cabinetvision Solid 5
- Bedroom designing best practice and procedures to deliver outstanding quality bedroom designs.
- Starplan own ERP/POS software and CRM diary management software.
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newtownabbey, BT37 9UL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
