Invoice Analyst

**Job purpose**:
To ensure all company sales invoices are raised in time to meet company deadlines and ensure accurate information processing to assist in the Order to Cash cycle (O2C). To continuously review ways of working to remain compliant with the Standard and keyfinancial controls and improve efficiency.

**Scope**

**Full Responsibility for the following Functions**:

- Sales invoices for all departments

**Key Deadlines**
- Weekly - Wednesday 12pm for GTS invoicing to be raised to ensure KPI team can accurately report revenue
- Monthly - Sales ledger close working day 7

**Key Accountabilities**
- Raising all Transport invoices across the group by Wednesday 12pm from the GTS System
- Ensuring all jobs are 'invoice prepped' at the front end of the week to ensure above target is met
- Policing relevant departments in the operation to ensure job creation is accurate and clean to allow smooth invoicing
- Maintaining a relationship with operations and ensuring feedback is provided on errors and a process is in place to prevent from reoccurring
- Reporting on Non-invoiced jobs within the week to the Senior Financial Controller, providing commentary to support and ensuring next steps for resolution are given to relevant teams
- Minimising non invoiced as much as possible to ensure quick uploads to HSBC to allow for immediate funding
- Managing IDS links to HSBC to ensure all invoices are submitted to the bank for funding in a timely manner
- Raising of all intercompany recharges before the month end ledger close as above
- Raising of all adhoc charges within the month before the month end close as above
- Seeking ways to improve and speed up invoicing process
- Liaising with relevant team members for query resolution where required
