Role: Contact Centre Specialist

**Salary**: Starting at £20,000, rising to £20,500 in April 2023
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1730
Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays

Our client, a UK market leader, is seeking to appoint 6 new members to its Customer Care Team. The offices are superb, the working conditions and benefits second to none.

Duties for the Contact Centre Specialist:

- take ownership of client queries and see through to resolution
- dealing with customer money
- build strong relationships with customers
- data management
- system updates
- data entry
- take accurate messages
- escalate issues where appropriate

Experience for the Contact Centre Specialist:

- previous office experience
- customer service experience
- able to demonstrate attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- team player
