Perinatal Administrator

Buckinghamsire Perinatal Mental Health Team is looking for an administrator who can provide comprehensive administrative/secretarial support to the members of the team. The team provides a comprehensive multi-disciplinary service to individuals living in the Buckinghamshire locality who require secondary mental health services.

The nature of this key role is often very challenging and demanding and it is necessary to handle this confidently with compassion, patience and professionalism. Good communication skills are essential to this role when dealing with patients, carers, colleagues and other professionals.

You will be well organized with a flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team, and where necessary, demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously and can prioritize and manage a defined workload. You will work as a member of a team with the performance & administration manager, team administrators, team manager and deputy managers to assist the smooth running of the secretarial and administrative provision and delegation of workload.
