Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **Peterborough branch as a Recruitment Consultant **to develop and grow a desk that supplies **Temporary Catering and Hospitality staff to clients in the Cambridgeshire area.**
As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work in the Peterborough office and from home for a proportion of your week after completing your probationary period successfully.** We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.
**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;**
- Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Managing National Account Business
- Business to business outbound sales calls, marketing activities and working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Cambridgeshire area
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary Catering staff from Chefs through to Front of House staff
- Servicing existing business to a high standard
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
