Our client is looking for an experienced BDM that has experience in the manufacturing recruitment industry so you can hit the floor running.

Here you will join a rapidly growing, friendly, fun, supportive, and hard-working sales team.

You will have the autonomy to get on with the job, have flexible working hours and must only be in the office at least 1 day per week.

**Job title:New Business Development Representative - Manufacturing Recruitment industry**
**Salary: £28,000 + Bonus + Car allowance**
**Location: Newport (Hybrid)**

**Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday**

**Essential skills needed**:

- B2B sales experience
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Self-motivated and confident
- Able to build lasting relationships
- Used to meeting and exceeding agreed targets
- Confident in pitching services to new and existing clients
- Able to generate and build a sales pipeline
- Full driving licence with own car, you will be visiting clients across Wales and West Midlands required from time to time

**Day to day responsibilities (included but not limited to)**:

- Making outbound phone calls to new customers
- Identifying new opportunities within the marketplace and cold calling for new business
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s services, the competition in the industry and positioning
- Collaborating with the recruiters to ensure that all requirements are met
- Using CRM system to record details and provide information across the business
- Maintaining and expanding the existing customer database through a CRM system
- Following up on all leads
