Bluestripe Group is a new type of communications and marketing business, combining PR, content and media services for B2B clients in the digital and technology sectors. The group encompasses a PR agency, a content studio and a digital publishing and events business, creating truly integrated campaigns that deliver tangible results for clients.

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive who can form strong relationships with clients, journalists and colleagues, to support client needs and meet objectives across several accounts. As an Account Executive, you will contribute to the development of client campaigns and will be an active member of the team.

The Account Executive will regularly report into a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager, and will be able to work collaboratively as well as individually. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Making sure admin is updated regularly
- Monitoring for coverage and sharing with the client as it comes in
- Drafting, pitching and following up on press announcements
- Developing a strong understanding of the media landscape relevant to your clients
- Drafting and suggesting copy for social media
- Be able to keep to strict deadlines and communicate if a deadline is not going to be met in advance
- Have incredible attention to detail
- Be able to draft copy with mínimal amends or edits

You will also be expected to show initiative and have a thirst for developing your knowledge.

Who are you?

Firstly, you’re someone who wants to develop their career in the PR and Communications industry; with 6 - 18 months' experience of agency or in-house B2B PR preferred.

You’re someone who is ambitious, has great listening skills, is able to follow instruction and can communicate in a professional way.
