We are a team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists working closely with the multidisciplinary team to prevent further deterioration in patients' physical functioning and wellbeing. We cover the areas of Chorley, Preston and South Ribble.
Your role will be to support the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapists within the team including undertaking non-complex assessments and carrying out treatment plans under the direction of the therapists.
We are looking for a flexible Technical Instructor/ Assistant Practitioner who is able to work across a range of settings and has experience working to support Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy interventions within rehabilitation and/ or admission avoidance.
