If the answer to these questions are yes, then we have the perfect opportunity waiting for you at our brand new Warehouse at East Midlands Gateway.You will either be working a Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday shift pattern between the hours of 14:00- 22:00. In addition, we are offering basic pay rate of £11.70 per hour and £14.27 per hour (between the times of 20:00- 06:00). You will also receive an additional supplement of £0.37 per hour for general FLT licences or £0.57 per hour for VNA licenses.- WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?We are looking for Warehouse Operatives with a strong team ethic and great attention to detail, who will:
- Collect, pick, pack and deliver goods to locations in an efficient and safe manner, within the timescale set in order to support the operation in achieving the contractual KPIs
- Prepare products for dispatch and receive returned product
- Reconcile products with documentation and to load / unload vehicles
- Operate company equipment in a safe and proper fashion
- Ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, company policies and procedures

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Previous experience in a fast paced warehousing environment
- High communication skills to effectively converse with colleagues, customers and line leaders
- Flexibility in working various shifts including rotational, fixed and weekend hours
- The ability to be able to operate a RDT and computer.
- High performance working under pressure
- Team Player
