**Job Overview**:This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Arm Quality team working with groundbreaking 3nm process technologies and the latest 2.5D and 3D packaging innovations.

This role requires motivation and passion to ensure planning and delivery of high quality across Arm products and processes is maintained and continuously improved.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with Product Reliability and Quality silicon qualification expertise to lead the qualification strategy of new and exciting products and services we provided to Arm customers. You will be providing quality leadershipin defining, planning, implementing, and controlling qualification plans and relevant documentation for products (silicon qualification, verification, and release).

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be providing expertise and knowledge to define quality reliability plans and assessments to customer and market needs.
- You will monitor and analyze metric performance and improvement plans based on the assessments crafted, and implemented by you.
- You will lead the Root Cause Analysis of emerging deviations in the product quality and reliability (investigation, 8D), detailing the problem and working with other key collaborators and interested parties to find a solution.
- You will partner with Program Leads to develop quality and reliability resource, cost, and tool plans for the overall program needs.
- You will act as the Quality and reliability voice of the project, identifying critical quality and reliability needs, risks & mitigation, issues and help needs.
- You will conduct PLC and other quality audits and handle internal and external suppliers.
- Be a point of escalation for emerging issues, assuring and ensuring incidents are prioritised, handled, and recorded in the Problem record, while appropriate measures are taken to prevent issues from arising again.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Confirmed Product Reliability and Quality experience, including silicon qualification
- High knowledge of Semiconductor Fabrication and Testing Standards
- Experience in designing, applying, facilitating, and guiding quality processes and methodologies, quality standards, procedures, and specifications for a company in manufacturing
- Experience in facilitating engineering and management teams through different root cause analysis methodologies (8D, FTA, 5-why, etc.) and leading preventative measures to closure
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO26262, ISO27001, ISO21434
- Certifications and/or experience in Lean Six Sigma
- Led multiple projects across multiple phases of development to successful critical milestones through the completion
- Led Customer communication - adept at establishing and maximising customer relationships
- You demonstrate excellent social and interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, and a high level of applied emotional intelligence
