**Are you looking for your next career step? We are looking for a Security Supervisor, working 4 on/4 off, who will have ownership of the day-to-day key deliverables and will oversee the Security Team.**

**How you will make a difference as a Security Supervisor**
- Leading and positively managing staff through coaching, training, and on-going communications.
- Ensuring workload is effectively delegated with focus on ensuring site emergencies are effectively resourced, well planned and executed.
- Ensuring attendance, appearance, aptitude, and attitude of the Security Team meet the required standard, ensuring non-compliances are identified and addressed.
- Participating in the development of staff and support succession planning.
- Correctly recording, reporting, and documenting high quality reports (verbal and/or written).
- Achieving and encouraging high standard of customer care and providing an effective shift presence.
- Managing the planned and unplanned absence of your Security team. Carrying out welfare/return to work meetings, shift absence management and appropriate investigations where necessary.
- Any other duties as determined by the Management Team.

**Essential Skills**:

- ** Right to work in the UK.**:

- **Currently eDV (T4) cleared.**:

- **Active SIA Licence.**:

- Experience in managing, leading and motivating others
- An effective communicator and be able to adjust communication style where appropriate in order to instil confidence in others.
- Able to manage conflict, give but also take instruction and carry out thoroughly and consistently.
- Great attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of common computer packages and mobile devices - i.e. Office 365 package.
- Able to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
- Excellent organisational, customer service and communication skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- ILM Level 3 Management trained, or enrolled.
