Solutions Architect

We have a great opportunity for either a Senior Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect OR an experienced Developer who is seeking to transition into that exciting world of IT Architecture. You will join our established Government sector and be part ofa team that defines the solutions architecture for medium to large scale, complex, projects.

There may be some requirements to travel to client sites in Norfolk and Peterborough on occasion, however there will also be the flexibility to work from home as well.

**What you'll be doing**
- Define and agree the scope and deliverables for Architecture and design activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Use industry standard Architecture tools and methodologies to model innovative solutions as part of an overall Architecture repository
- Proactively engage with clients and team members to build shared understanding and trust
- Identify and problem solve issues and risks related to the Architecture and ongoing service operation of the solutions you design
- Working collaboratively with other domain experts to ensure your Architectures and designs are 'fit for purpose’
- Support other initiatives and projects with your expertise in the Application and Integration architecture

**What you'll bring**
- Previous experience either within software development or solutions architecture
- Having had exposure to architecture design principles
