- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their complaints and needs.
- Follow company protocols for handling complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent approach to customer service.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the team and company's customer service objectives.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Complaints Handler should have:

- A solid background in customer service, preferably in the technology & telecoms industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle complaints professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
