**Front of House Administrator**

**Full-time, 12-month Contract**

**Sandwich**

**£11.00 - £12.00 per hour**

**Are you an experienced Administrator?**

**Do you have experience of customer service?**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Sandwich for a Full-Time Administrator to work for one of our clients who is a global pharmaceutical company.

In this role you would be working 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

**As the Administrator your responsibilities would include**:

- Managing admin mailbox
- Managing the switchboard phone calls
- Meeting and Greeting visitors
- Providing meeting room brokerage as required
- Managing site security access passes and associated documents
- Managing stationery stock
- Managing post
- Assisting in the management of couriers and shipping
- Reporting facility issues
- Other duties as deemed reasonable
