Family owned and family run for over 90 years, M M Bellinger & Sons Ltd now require a Service Advisor to join us.

**The Job Role**:

- Ensure vehicle is completed at time agreed and advising as necessary
- Responding positively to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs
- Answering customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon
- Checking all documents for accurate completion, maintaining all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis and storing records logically for ease of retrieval
- Liaising with Workshop manager to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings
- Producing invoices for completed work and explaining the content to customers
- Ensuring service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently
- Establishing customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative transport where necessary
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Strong self-motivation, the ability to communicate at all levels, the ability to organize and structure your day to manage our customer’s requirements, along with the ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment is essential.
