**Estates Administrator **Role**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Administrator or Office Coordinator ideally within the Hospitality Industry
- Able to work under your own initiative, communicating effectively with all employees
- Experience working with external contractors, dealing with written and verbal queries and complaints.
- Excellent customer service dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to operate 3rd party software systems such as: Access Maintain, Pronett, Shield and Flow
- Manage and Record Departmental holidays, sickness, absences
- Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment
- Be the point of contact for Maintenance department issues throughout the Group
- Assist with Breakdown and Emergency Callouts
- Purchasing small catering, bar equipment, Head Office stationery as pre-approved by the Estates Director
- Have strong administrative experience, filing, archiving and retrieving documents
- Set up and manage new suppliers and credit accounts to support the team
- Compile monthly reports for issue to Group Finance Department
- Have meticulous organisation skills and keen eye for detail
- Excellent time keeping, pro-active and reliable
