**Duties**:

- Welcome our guest and direct them to their table
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Waitress/ Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is an asset
- Familiarity with basic math calculations for handling payments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state regulations) to serve alcohol

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 48 per week
