rthirteen are proudly supporting a leading charity in their search for an **IAG Advisor** to join them at HMP Long Lartin. You will manage a caseload of participants and help them to achieve work, learning and personal development goals by providing career information, advice, and guidance.

**The day to day**
- Providing career information, advice and guidance to a caseload of participants.
- Supporting participants to achieve work, learning and personal development goals on a one-to-one or group basis.
- Developing and recording goals and advice on agreed action plans.
- Delivering employability workshops and coordinating careers/employment events.
- Supporting the achievement of personal and team targets.
- Collaborating with a variety of organisations and resettlement partners.
- Maintaining administration and records.

**You will have/be**
- Minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Career, Information and Advice, or a willingness to work towards.
- Previous experience delivering career advice to those with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Well organised with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- A track record of hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
- Computer literate with sound administrative skills.

This is a full time, permanent position working 4 days per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £22,800 - £27,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
