We are currently recruiting a full time Community Co-ordinator within Employment and Community Skills, this is a fixed term post for one year to cover maternity leave.

We provide a time limited service; with the aim of working with the customer so they are able to find and take part in their chosen community option and to do this independently.

**About the role**

The role of community co-ordinator assists young people and adults with disabilities to find out more about their local community and how they can access some of the following; voluntary work, socialising, meeting friends or joining a club, further education, including college courses and other training opportunities, using their community facilities to do things that they enjoy and travel training. Gaining skills that will support the journey to paid employment.

You will be working with customers who live across Wiltshire

You will be required to work outside usual working hours to support the requirements of the role, this is ad hock

This is a multi-faceted role that will provide you with new experiences every day. If you are self-motivated, driven, overcome difficulties in a positive light and thrive on challenge then this may be the job for you
