A new role as a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER has recently become available at our clients NEWCASTLE depot. The client is a leading provider of Express Parcels services in the UK.
The role will involve managing the Newcastle depots established accounts across NEWCASTLE, HARTLEPOOL, DARLINGTON, MIDDLESBOROUGH, and GATESHEAD in addition to some Key Accounts in SCOTLAND and act as a liason between customer services and the customer. Yourtime will be split 75/25 on the road visiting customers, developing accounts, rate reviews and in the office compiling exception reports (track and trace), monitoring consignments, resolving customer queries and organising service level agreements, ensureKPI's are met. You will also be expected to sell the companies additional services and upsell where possible and paid good commission on any additional business.
You will also work closely with a Customer Services Manager who will be in charge of a team of 2 Customer Service Executives based at the NEWCASTLE depot.
£30,000 to £33,000 Basic Salary
Company Car
Bonus uncapped worth circa £10,000 to £20,000 a year on top
