Life Cafés & Resorts is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company on a mission to deliver bespoke and sustainable Food & Beverage and unique Leisure experiences across our UK operations. With Café and Leisure operations in truly special venues across the country.

We are currently looking for an experienced **Supervisor **to join our Team as a **Leisure Boats Supervisor** reporting directly to the on site General Manager at **Heaton Park, Manchester.**

The following position is required to join our beautiful operation on a **4 Month Fixed Term Contract **and will be an integral part of our leisure operations at Heaton Park.

**We are looking for someone who will be**:

- Passionate about coffee/ food and customer service, have great people management skills coupled with the ability to demonstrate the highest standards.
- General customer service: answering questions, providing warm and friendly support to our customers.
- Providing assistance to customers getting in and out of the boats in a safe manner.
- Processing payment for activities, either by cash or card.
- Ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of the boats at all times.

**Health and Safety**:

- You will ensure the Health and Safety of the customers is a priority and your site complies with the required standards at all times.
- Safeguarding the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, guests and visitors by enforcing a ‘safety first’ culture.
- Ensuring that safety guidelines are in place at all times for customer boat hire
- Previous experience in a supervisory position.
- Strong hospitality and leisure background.
- Excellent understanding of H&S within hospitality.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
