Fire Door Surveyor

**Fire Door Surveyor - Maywins Fire Ltd**

Maywins Ltd are a fast-growing construction and refurbishment company based in Hertfordshire. We specialise with work in Hospitals, Schools, and local council authorities. We are looking for an experienced fire door surveyor to join our team and support across our sites.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Experienced with fire door surveying and regulations.
- Competent in measuring bespoke fire doors.
- Overseeing fire protection works to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
- Support the training and development of maintenance teams to ensure that all work is completed using approved techniques.
- Documenting completed works.
- Assisting the director to build client relations.
- Fire stopping experience preferred but not essential

**Skills/Requirements that are highly Desirable**:

- Over 5 years’ experience in the Passive Fire Protection industry.
- Excellent knowledge of fire door regulations and installation.
- Qualifications with FDIS / BM Trada preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication.
- SSSTS and First Aid trained preferred but not essential.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a mobile role primarily covering London and Southeast England, working away will be required occasionally.
- The initial use of a personal vehicle will be required, vehicle expenses will be paid.
- 40hours per week Mon/Fri.
- Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year dependant on experience.
- Overtime Available.
- All site workers will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Passive Fire Protection: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
