WB Employment have an exciting opportunity for a **Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant** for our busy Exeter office

**This role will involve assisting the current team with the day to day operation of the business and involve-**
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their recruitment needs are maintained
- Advertising roles on various platforms
- Working to targets
- Qualifying Sales leads and pipeline upkeep

The role would suit a keen individual who is looking for the opportunity to work in a fast-paced workplace, where they can be rewarded and progress within an exciting career.
- Self-motivated and driven by working towards targets
- Superb communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities including good time management skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Confident
- Full UK driving license.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
