Responsible to: Buildings Manager
Location: On Campus
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 52 weeks per year

**Salary**: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

We are looking for a Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our Estates Team.

This role will carry out the day-to-day maintenance and refurbishment of college buildings as directed by the Buildings Manager. To include painting, carpentry, general plumbing and electrical tasks, plastering and decorating. The role will also carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance work to College managed properties and support the wider Estates team to achieve its objectives.
