An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Site Supervisor to join their team, working either at Albemarle Barracks or RAF Boulmer. As a Facilities Site Supervisor you will be providing full Hard Facilities Services on behalf of VIVO Defence to site users, visitors and property across Albemarle Barracks or RAF Boulmer. Ensuring the site meets all statutory requirements, also always minimising the risk of ‘unavailability’ of the service within the site, while also ensuring all quality systems and procedures are followed. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The post-holder will understand the regulatory, fair trading and Competition rules relating to work sufficiently to be able to comply with them relying on own knowledge or on the ability to recognise when specialist support is needed. - Responsible for ensuring all statutory and client requirements are fully met. - Responsible for account performance in the following areas: i) Service Lines (Sub contractors) ii) Works requests and projects - Motivate, develop, and control personnel to provide an effective efficient service to the designated site and to meet growth opportunities. - To ensure that the performance of subcontractors is fully monitored, and good lines of communication are maintained at all times. - To assist in the provision of professional and technical advice and information, relating to all aspects of facilities operation. - Responsible for all aspects of financial control, keeping within financial budgets whilst retaining the level of service agreed to. - The provision of regular reports and measurements to keep the client advised of service delivery status. - To ensure that all aspects of the contract are adequately resourced and properly managed. - To actively support & continuously improve safety performance within the contracted estate by carrying out the requirements within the contracts and ensuring all safety hazards are brought to the attention of the relevant line managers and/or Safety liaison officers: reporting all accidents in the appropriate Management of all aspects of the ‘Hard’ Facilities Services within the contracted estate. - To comply with statutory regulations so that a safe working environment is provided for all people, as far as is reasonably practicable. - The delivery of high-quality services in support of clients requirements on the designated VIVO Defence site. - Customer satisfaction is to be maintained at the highest level by providing a high quality and pro-active service. - Ensure effective communication with the client, peers and management team, is maintained at all times. - To effectively manage all the resources available so that Clients receive a cost effective, efficient and quality service - To manage, lead & motivate our people so that individuals and company objectives and expectations are met. - To ensure compliance with all relevant BS & ISO registrations so that Integral its registration as a quality supplier. - To comply with CMS / VIVO Policies and Procedures. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES - To attend management meetings as required by the Operations Manager. - To attend work related training courses and seminars when required. - Carry out regular tool box talks with direct reports. - The Post-holder will be required to attend any operational emergency situations out of normal hours NECESSARY EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES - Individual should have completed a recognised apprenticeship in building services or be suitably qualified as a mechanical engineer. - A demonstrable record of having led a team in a supervisory role preferably across a defence estates environment. - Current Full Driving Licence Essential.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
