As a **Digital Marketing Specialist**, you will make a major impact on the business through your expertise, strong communication and organisational skills. Does this sound like you?
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Creation, deployment, and optimisation of performance-focused digital campaigns.
- Creation, deployment and optimisation of web pages, existing experience with content management systems.
- Ownership of all marketing automation tasks including creating, deploying, optimising, and reporting on campaigns.
- Able to clearly capture and report back on campaign performance against planned KPIs.
- Ensure deployed content aligns with internal brand and communication guidelines.
- Ability to work across function (with Sales and Service in particular) to attain the necessary information and/or buy-in for appropriate campaigns.
- Working closely with regional and global marketing teams in the deployment of digital campaigns and initiatives.
**Your experience and qualifications**:
- Demonstrable competency of the digital marketing eco-system focusing on creating innovative digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital tools particularly online advertising (Search and Social-Media)
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Resourceful, creative, with an ability to proactively suggest communication strategies and tactics that deliver against the objectives
- Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging technologies
- Experience in the creation, deployment, and optimisation of multi-channel digital campaigns, preferably within a B2B organisation.
- Thrives in a team environment with the ability to act autonomously when required
- CIM Level 5 or equivalent qualification in marketing is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with/for a technical or scientific organisation is desirable but not essential.
