We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven human resources (HR) trainee to join our team and start their HR career. Initially your will focus on a range of HR administrative tasks in support of different disciplines within HR. Longer term, you will have the opportunity to develop into an HR professional with a focus on a particular discipline.

**Typical Responsibilities**

During your initial assignment you will be responding to queries, monitoring processes, maintaining reports and systems, analysing data across a range of key people-processes in support of the HR team.
- Supporting with the data collection/entry for monthly payrolls
- Pre-employment and new starter processes
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintaining and updating HR systems
- Issuing letters and standard documentation
- Arranging meetings and taking notes where applicable

**Skills and Qualifications**
- GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent
- At least two A Levels or the equivalent
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work alone without constant direction
- Excellent eye for detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
- Confident and helpful manner
- The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances

**Salary**: £16,337.18-£20,000.00 per year
