**Park Services Administrator - Central Office**

We are on the look-out for an experience administrator to join our Central maintenance team based at Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park in Rhyl.

The role:

- To be the first point of contact for contractors and maintenance.
- To act in a professional and courteous manner at all times to maximise the client experience
- To communicate with management, maintenance & contractor regarding their queries and guide them to the appropriate department.
- To demonstrate extensive knowledge of the departments within the company and the type(s) of work that they primarily deal with.
- To obtain and process all essential client information accurately on the system.
- To maintain a good working relationship with each department, ensuring that they've picked up customer enquiries.
- To maintain positive relationships with clients to build trust and ensure repeat custom and client recommendations.
- To take personal responsibility to ensure that the client journey is as smooth and efficient as possible.
- To ensure all maintenance jobs are completed correctly
- To ensure works are completed within the company timescale set Essential Skills: exel word Microsoft systems Full training will be given on the inhouse system
