Job Description**:Warehouse Operative**

**Location**:
Near Hatfield, Hertfordshire

**Salary Range**:
£20-22k per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

**Hours**:
07:30am to 16:30pm

**Holidays**:
23 Days per annum

**Start Date**:
TBC

**Line Manager**:
Warehouse Manager

You will require a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a similar role and/or environment.

**Day to day tasks including but not limited to**:
Picking and packing

Unloading of deliveries

Assist in compiling daily reports

Keep the management informed of any problems

Working as a team member with a good work ethic

Attention to detail when completing tasks and high accuracy levels

Ensure you play a part in ensuring a safe working environment this includes good levels of house keeping and assistance within surrounding areas and external locations

Receiving and Booking in deliveries - keeping the warehouse organised

Working to quality standards.

Carrying out periodic stock checks in-line with company schedule

Deal with reactive client enquires both internally and externally - there will be occasions that the role is customer facing

Provide cover for annual leave and sickness

**Key Role Requirements**

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role or similar

UK Driving Licence

Self-Motivated and disciplined

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Warehouse experience

Computer Literate

Must be able to lift and move boxes of up to 30kg

Be trustworthy and honest

Hold a current valid counterbalance forklift licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Hatfield, AL9 6DE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
