Lynx Recruitment is working with a really exciting, well-established creative agency that is currently seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Account Manager to join their team.
They are looking for an established Account Manager and a proven expert in SEO with expertise in all relevant areas and a strategic approach to organic search. This role requires an understanding of how channels interact and complement each other, as wellas the technical skills to execute high-performance SEO campaigns and a proven ability to cross-sell or upsell to clients.
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Campaign Strategy & Management
- Work closely with clients to understand their business, digital needs, and priorities
- Collaborate with the Head of SEO and Account Director
- Ensure that the team are constantly at the forefront of industry developments and trial new tactics for clients
- Ensure all activity meets or exceeds the client’s performance expectations
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for day-to-day communication, regular calls, and ad hoc requests
- Manage junior team members to ensure work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target, and on time
- Conduct quality control of work by junior and operational team members
**_Requirements:_**
- At least 3 years of working in SEO
- Proven track record of delivering projects and results for clients
- Experience working with monthly budgets of £5,000+
- Proven track record of achieving e-commerce targets (traffic, sales and revenue volume)
- Proven track record of developing junior team members
- Proven track record of bringing efficiency to client activity in terms of both performance and resource levels
- Experience in executing campaigns within Paid Media channels beneficial
- Proven ability to cross/upsell
- Strong understanding of wider digital channels and environment
- Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities and relay these to the wider business
- Highly organised with acute attention to detail
- Exceptional level of English
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including the use and creation of Excel formula
- Additional language capabilities beneficial
