As a Liaison Officer your role will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, families and other services involved for any information required, feedback, requests and/or complaints. Using proper professional procedure to resolve issues
- Liaising a lot with clients, families and other services
- Rota management, scheduling.
- Compliance management.
- Work together with the appropriate organisations to allow the company to provide the highest level of care that we can provide
- Arrange and fully organise meetings for clients and families on a semi-regular basis
- Monitor, coordinate and resolve clients complaints
- Good I.T skills
- Effectively manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High professional standards
- Reliable and honest
- Patient and understanding
- Polite and friendly yet professional manner
- Fluent English speaker
- Positive team attitude
- Good team player but also work well independently
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
