The Purchase Ledger role is an important position ensuring that the transactions between the company and our customers are processed with accuracy to capture all transactions relating to the bank.

In this professional working environment you will be backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your V12 Sports And Classics long and lucrative career.

**Purchase Ledger - The Duties**
- Posting high volume of purchase invoices
- Agreement of purchase invoices to evidence of delivery or provision of services at the local sites
- Troubleshooting. Investigating, understanding & correcting miss-postings
- Reviewing bank payments and direct debits for purchase ledger cost postings
- Reconciliation of supplier statements in electronic / excel format
- Processing vehicle invoices onto stock
- Processing daily banking for all centres
- PDQ reconciliations
- Chase centres for customer bank details for refunds and overpayments

**Purchase Ledger - The Person**
- Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is used to a busy workplace environment
- Comfortable dealing with suppliers and resolving issues by phone
- Excel at least at a medium level
- Keen attention to detail and the self-discipline to work to a precise level of accuracy
- A flexible approach to roles and duties, being prepared to take on varied tasks at short notice

**Hours**: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
